PT Samator Land is a subsidiary company of Samator Group that focuses on real estate development. Samator Group was established in 1975 under the name PT Samator, a company that specializes in acetylene plant in Surabaya.
Currently, PT Samator has grown into the largest national industrial gas company with tens of production facilities and filling stations throughout Indonesia. Samator Group has also been diversifying into other industries including chemical, health, otomotive, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and property.
In 1994, Samator Group entered the property industry by developing Graha Pangeran, a high rise office building in Surabaya which was nominated in ASEAN Energy award in 2002. The second commercial property the company developed was named Gedung UGM Samator Pendidikan.
Now, Samator Group is developing a mixed-use project in East Surabaya. In the first development phase, it is set to have a business park. In this project, Samator Group also works together with Archimetric as the project consultant. Both companies have worked together since the development of Graha Pangeran
