PT Propernas Griya Utama

PT. Propernas Griya Utama (Propernas) is a subsidiary company of Perum Perumnas, established in 2009. The company focuses on providing middle, middle to high communities, building & apartment management and construction/ construction material services.

The projects are spread in Jakarta, Bekasi, Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Selatan and the newest is in Semarang. Now, Propernas is working together with companies of many fields, from banking (Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank BTN & BTN Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), REI, construcion services companies, and material companies, etc.
