Its first project was developing Daksa Residence, an exclusive low rise apartment complex that only consists of 29 units of apartment. She had always been interested in developing high-end houses in prime location, like single houses in Kebayoran Selatan, like Sriwijaya, Tirtayasa, Sanjaya, Brawijaya.
