Apartemen Alterra Residence - Tangerang

Alterra Residence is an apartment complex planned to stand in Ciputat, South Tangerang. This residence is a joint project of Plaza Indonesia Urban and IDE Land Development. This area is only 10 minutes from Pondok Indah Toll Gate, which can go to Jagorawi, Merak, or Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In addition, the prospect of this apartment is also potential because it is close to the Lebak Bulus MRT Stop, which will be completed in 2018.
 
Alterra Residence is also close to Bintaro Plaza, Pondok Indah Mall, and Cilandak Town Square. There is also train access via Sudirmara Station or Pondok Ranji, and TransJakarta access with the APTB bus feeder. Facilities for the residents include shuttle bus, jogging track, basketball court, swimming pool, BBQ area, and sky terrace. At present, the construction of the Alterra Residence is being stopped until an undetermined time. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) postponed this project because the company is currently more focused on multifunctional projects in Jababeka City Cikarang. With a large investment value, this apartment is a collaborative project on an area of ??1.8 hectares. Unlike other PILN portfolios devoted to the upper class and premium groups such as The Keraton Residences, a Luxury Collection or Plaza Indonesia, this apartment is intended for middle-income people.
 
Alterra Residences will consist of five towers, namely Angsana, Banyan, Cemara, Damar, and Eboni, with each tower having 70 percent of a studio type, 25 percent of one- and two-bedroom, and 2-3 percent of loft type. Previously, this residential construction was scheduled for May 2015 and 2018 handover for the first phase.
 
Consumer response to Alterra Residences is actually quite good. According to the developer, in the first two months, the order number (NUP) reached 1,200 units. But the operator of the apartment project is apparently not in the hands of PT Plaza Indonesia Urban (PLU) but handed over to another party. However, as far as is known, the land owned by Plaza Indonesia will still be developed for apartment projects.
